Our ticketing system emails you a scanable QR Code for each ticket

  • If you didn't receive your ticket email, please email Bardinthevalley@gmail.com


Exchanging Dates: You are able to exchange dates up to 1 day before the event. 

  1. Goto the BIV tickets page https://bardinthevalley.com/tickets
  2. Click on the venue or show you had tickets for. 
  3. In the ticking system on the right side panel click Manage Tickets
  4. You will receive an email to manage your tickets dates


Transferring Tickets or Gifts: to send another person tickets you have purchased please Email us at bardinthevalley@gmail.com with their email address and we will ensure they have the tickets with any updated information. We can send the tickets on a specific date. 



Due to the nature of event sales, we cannot refund tickets. 



We strongly encourage guests to reserve their tickets in advance online, as availability is limited and our shows often sell out.
If you arrive without a ticket, QR codes will be available onsite to access our website. If needed, we’re happy to assist with payment at the door.


 

Douglas Park - Both reserve and general admission seating are available. Doors open at 6pm

Township 7 - General admission seating.  We encourage patrons to arrive early to reserve their desired seat.  Doors are open at 6pm. 

Fort Langley Community Hall - General Admission. Doors at 6pm 

Langley Seniors Resource Society - General Admission. Doors at 6pm


Here are some suggested items guests like to bring when attending shows at our venues

Summer Venues:

  • A blanket or sweater
  • A friendly dog
  • Picnic
  • Hat, sunglasses, & sunscreen
  • Your comfiest camping chair. High backed chairs must not obstruct others. We provide black folding chairs for all patrons. 




We always have free seating available at our Douglas Park shows. We hope that guests will visit our website in advance to reserve a free ticket online, as seating is limited. 


We do accept donations at Douglas Park performances. 


We have a concession at each venue. 

We offer:

  • SOFT DRINKS
  • CIDER

  • CANDY
  • WATER
  • BIV has blankets and seat cushions available to rent

Each year we try to team up with Wellseasoned to provide a picnic or snacks before the show. Please check our Homepage to see what is available. 

Our doors are open one-hour before showtime and we encourage audience members to bring a picnic if they wish.


We will have BIV items for sale at our concession. If you are looking for something specific drop us a line at bardinthevalley@gmail.com


BIV holds auditions for summer and winter productions, with details posted on our auditions page and social media pages. Auditions for the summer production are in February, while auditions for the winter production are held in September. Headshots and Resumés submitted to auditions@bardinthevalley.com
