We have an online ticketing system. Your information is saved at payment and checked at the time of entry. No ticket needed!  

  • Guest arriving at different times under the same information just need to have the name of the person who ordered the tickets or order number


We have a QR code outside our gates where you can access the online ticketing system with your phone. 


Douglas Park has by Donation seating. 

  • Everyone still needs to register a ticket online. 
  • Premium BIV Seating under the tents $25 includes a beverage.


Each year we try to team up with local food Vendors. 

Please check the ticket page details to see what vendors are offered and how to pre-order food.  


We have a concession at each venue. 

We offer:

  • POPCORN
  • POP
  • BEER
  • WINE
  • CIDER
  • CHIPS
  • CANDY
  • WATER



Here are some suggested items guests like to bring:

  • Camping Chair (Chairs with high backs maybe asked to move to not obstruct views)
  • Blanket
  • Friendly Dog
  • Picnic
  • Hat & Sunscreen


No refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of event sales, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded


We will have Shakespeare and BIV items for sale. If you are looking for something specific drop us a line bardinthevalley@gmail.com


Douglas Park doors open at 6pm. We recommend coming at 6pm to get your seat and enjoy the vendors. 

Township 7 and Eco Dairy are open for picnics at any time
