We have an online ticketing system. Your information is saved at payment and checked at the time of entry. No tickets are required at the door.
Yes we can take a payment at the door. We do encourage guests to order online in advance to reserve your ticket.
All venues are festival seating. We encourage patrons to arrive early to reserve their desired seat.

Our winter shows are performed indoors.
We always have free seating available at our Douglas Park shows. We hope that guests will visit our website in advance to reserve a free ticket online, as seating is limited.
We do accept donations at Douglas Park performances. When buying your ticket, you choose to support us with a $25 gift we will provide you with a seat in our BIV Tent section and a beverage of your choice (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) to show our thanks.

Each year we try to team up with local food Vendors. Please check the ticket page details to see what vendors are offered and how to pre-order food.
Our doors are open one-hour before showtime and we encourage audience members to bring a picnic and a blanket if they wish.
Due to the nature of event sales we cannot refund tickets.
We can exchange dates up to 2 weeks before the performance. We can transfer your tickets to another name.
