Bard in the Valley is cooling summer down with its production of 'The Winter's Tale' coming to the stage on July 4.
This redemptive but tragic story takes place across two time periods, following the devastating effects of suspicion and jealousy of a king and his kingdom. At the same time, the king's lost daughter is trying to find her place in the world.
The play follows the two stories and concludes with their connection in an unexpected redemption.
